Chef Behind The Table
Shane Smith is a seasoned chef and the CEO of Chef Shane’s LLC, serving the Lake Norman and Mooresville area for over 30 years. Known for his work with Epic Chophouse, 131 Main, and his long-standing catering and consulting business, Shane has also cooked for four former U.S. Presidents and numerous celebrities.
Shane believes that food has the power to bring people together. His passion of building connections, combined with his culinary experience, reflect his commitment to creating meaningful moments through sharing the table with clients who become family.
